Terms
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms cover buying from iancato.com. If anything here is unclear, write to me at iancatoes@gmail.com before you order.
Paying
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you get a confirmation email.
Originals
Each original is one of a kind. Once it’s paid for it’s marked sold and held for you.
- Pickup in Los Angeles is free. After you pay, I’ll email you and we’ll set a time and place. My studio address is never published.
- Shipping. If you need a piece shipped, email me first. I’ll pack it properly, work out the shipping cost for your address, and send you a quote. Shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer, separately from the artwork.
Prints
- Prints are made to order by my print lab, Lumaprints, and usually ship within about a week. You’ll get tracking by email.
- Prints are not signed, except prints sold as part of a limited edition, which are signed and numbered as described on that listing.
- Colors can vary slightly between screens and paper.
Returns and damage
Because prints are made to order and originals are one of a kind, sales are final. If something arrives damaged or a print has a defect, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I’ll replace it or refund you.
Commissions
Commissions are agreed one at a time over email: the piece, the price, the deposit and the timeline. What we agree in writing is what applies.
Your artwork, my copyright
Buying an original or a print gets you the physical piece. I keep the copyright, which means you can’t reproduce the image or sell copies of it. Sharing a photo of it on your wall is always welcome.
No AI use of any kind is allowed. See Copyright & AI for the full terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Orders follow the terms in place when you paid.
